Every plan except Enterprise includes 1M to 25M AI tokens per month depending on the plan, used by scanned-CMR import, translation and the AI assistant. The allowance resets each month and unused tokens do not carry over. Enterprise includes unlimited AI tokens.

While the launch offer runs, eCMR documents are unlimited, so there is nothing to exceed. Once the regular plan allowances apply, you buy an add-on pack of extra documents whenever you need one, or move up to a larger plan — nothing stops working without warning.

At your first renewal on or after 01/01/2027. If you are billed on the 20th of the month, you keep the launch price and unlimited documents until that renewal — nothing changes in the middle of a billing period.

No — the launch offer is billed monthly at €15/month for as long as it runs. Yearly billing, at 20% less per month, applies to the regular plan prices from 01/01/2027.

No. While the launch offer runs, every plan includes 10M AI tokens per month and the allowance resets at the start of each month. From 01/01/2027, each plan has its own allowance, from 1M to 25M per month — Enterprise includes unlimited AI tokens.

Yes. AI tokens come in add-on packs of 1M for €10, and you can buy as many packs as you need. eCMR documents are unlimited while the launch offer runs, so no document add-on is needed; once the regular plan allowances apply, extra documents come in packs of 10 for €20.

No. Everything runs in the cloud on Microsoft Azure. You only need a browser and a smartphone or tablet.
