Who we are
This website is operated by bitsEverywhere d.o.o., Novi Sad, Serbia, the company behind eFTI Connect. For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, write to efti-connect@bitseverywhere.rs.
This policy covers this marketing website only. The eFTI Connect application is a separate service with its own terms.
What we collect, and why
When you write to us. The contact form asks for your name, your company, your country and your email address, and lets you add your role, your phone number and a message. The webinar registration form asks for your name and your email address, and lets you add your company, your country, your phone number and a message; it also records which session you chose and which language version of this site you registered from. We use those details to answer you and to send the joining information for a webinar you registered for. Nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
When you browse. If — and only if — you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It tells us that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and on what kind of device. It does not tell us who you are, and we never try to find out.
If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics runs at all. No analytics request is sent, Google Analytics is not contacted, and no analytics cookie is set. This is not a setting we apply afterwards: the analytics script is never loaded in the first place.

The two _ga cookies exist only after you accept. Choosing "Decline" in
the cookie settings deletes them and stops collection immediately.
You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising or social-media tracking on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and webinar registrations are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and for our own records of the correspondence, and are deleted when that is no longer the case. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics under the retention setting configured for the property; it holds no name or address in the first place.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing it, and to ask us to restrict it. To exercise any of these, write to efti-connect@bitseverywhere.rs.
Where we rely on your consent — analytics — you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it was.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EEA, the authority in the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
